I HATE WAITING!

The kids take the state standardized testing every year. The reports are out and at the district. We are supposed to get them within 3 days. I was expecting them last weekend and I just checked todays mail and they are STILL NOT HERE! And now it is too late to call the district today to see if they are sent home.
I am concerned for a couple reasons. First, because I checked the school results online by subgroups and I think Cait may have significantly dropped. No kids in her class that are listed with disabilities scored proficient in language arts. She always was at least proficient or advanced. Hard to tell how they separated kids as those with disabilities because I don't have her use modifications on the test. AND, second, Mikes placement will be determined largely by his results. I love his class but there is a huge concern he will fall behind academically there. If he does we will have to consider alternatives.
The wait is killing me. I feel like I am staring out the window until the mailman gets her daily only to be failed by his daily givings. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

((((HUGS))))I'm waiting on my kids test scores as well. I know they're in because another mom picked their kids up, but I didn't go to Open House at the middle school because taking Owen w/ was NOT an option that night. I have heard nothing from the elementary school or the other middle school. I really want to know how my kids as well!

Write them off as gone forever. As soon as you stop expecting them, they will come.
