My daughter has ADHD, ODD and tons of Asperger's tendencies, but not enough to give her a diagnosis.

Oooh, I'm so glad you said something about the mind-gut connection. I know that dd feels ill when she's constipated, but it never occurred to me that it might also affect her mood. I'll have to pay more attention. There's always so much going on I never paid enough attention to cause-effect.

I'm never sure whether to be sympathetic or frustrated with the kids when they wake up cold in the morning! I'm impressed with those like you who managed to successfully change their kids' diet to help them 'cus that sounds like such a nightmare to me. I did take dd off dairy for a few months, but after not seeing any benefit, I let her have milk again. I'm glad you found benefit for your ds.

We started timed voiding when dd was 4 and we're still doing it.
