Introduction/ Tx question

Thanks for the welcome and the support, Caren. I am really looking forward to participating in the board. It sounds like you have a great program too and I am really intrigued by the playgroup. I am hoping we will find one. I was a little concerned that the ABA might not meet our son's needs since he can speak, count, follow commands, etc., but I can see now where it could be valuable. Also, we are trying to find ways to allow him to have "downtime" and just be a kid, since so much of his days are spent in therapy or programming. Though I guess there are worse problems to have....so many kids/ families are without access to the right kind of help. We are actually pretty lucky! It's encouraging to hear from other parents.
