Amy,
what meds is Claire taking again. Has Claire had a growth spurt at all, aseven a slight change in growth can throw these meds off. I would journal Claire's behaviour, between now and the next pdoc appt.
Even though Liam's stable right now he still has conversations with himself and characters in his head. As for the PE teacher; Claire didn't fail PE, the f'n teacher failed to meet Claire's needs.

Amy I am sorry to hear about all this. ((hugs))
