I was watching the Today show on NBC this morning and they did a small segment on autism. They based the story on an article that is currently the front cover of NEWSWEEK. http://www.msnbc.com/news/958646.asp?0cv=KA01

It's supposed to be a new theory about why autism is more prevalent in boys than girls. Nothing earth-shaking, but I always like to hear AS get some attention.

LOL, now here is something I can deffinately agree with! I don't know how amny times I've given examples of how my DH acts to others only to be asked "Don't all men act that way?" I have even heard myself telling people "It's like being the sterio-typical male, only much more so." Hee hee. And I've had people comment on how 'boyish' my girls often act, especially Eva. She's the mud queen and tool queen.

Oh, I took the AQ test they had on the left side of the article...I scored a 33, which would put me in the darkest shadow of the spectrum. LOL, like I didn't already know that.

That was a really good article, Littleroses! One that was both fun and made ya go "Hmmmmmmmm". :)

Peace,

Candes
