Mobile therpist or TSS worker?

yes she has an IEP for speech . . she gets speech in school and out side of school and OT and Behaivior therapy as well.. I didnt want the tss or MT in the beginning thinking that the teacher would be able to help her but she is just as obvilious as the kids .. skye apparently went and changed her clothes in the bathroom teacher saw it said no but continued to let skye do it any way .no no notes ever.. i sent one saying we needed to talk and she was like i agree strongly , well then why didnt u say so why wait for me to iniciate it ? so fustrated .. . so i do think now she needs more support there is no one helping her in school at all and im thinking now i need to make sure there is we tried it and its not working with her on her own.. i just dont know what role a MT or TSS has in a childs day .. she is in main stream kindergarden yes and yes we are in north east PA.. im sure she qualifys for assistance with the school because of the iep i have a meeting with her teacher tomoro if the weather lets there be school .. thank you for ur reply ! what is a BSC ? ive never heard of that one ..
