Thanks to all the great responses,
OK, I have been spending all my spare time (well, stealing some actually) looking at possible supplements. My first instinct is to follow Renne's suggestion and go the route of enzymes. However, I am confused as to which ones to use (remember Liam eats 4 things or else he gags), where to get them etc.
I also have bought epsom salts and will start giving him epsom salts baths too. Of course I don't want to do too much at once or I won't know what is actually beneficial, kwim? So, whee do I go to get enzymes, and which ones to start with. Also, book recommendations for the lay person please. So many of you (yes you LR, lol) know so much but rermember I am an ex English teacher;' science is a tough subjesct for me:D

Hi Dee,
In our supplement odyssey, we did start with Super Nu thera and it was way too strong for Eric at the time. We used the Level I Brainchild Supplements instead for about 2 years and they were helpful for Eric, they are liquid and the vitamins and minerals come in separate bottles, which is nice and you can give less or more of one or the other, depending on what your child needs.
I take epsom salt baths especially in the winter for chronic joint pain.
