My insurance finally approved...m

Speech therapy for my ds, this will be an extra therapy he will be getting besides the one he gets from school.The only trouble is, the hospital receptionist didn't exactly do what I told her to do,that is faxing the initial evaluation report and Ped. referral right away, so we wasted a whole summer, oh, not actually wasted we just had to teach and work with my ds at home with reading and such.I'm glad that he'll be getting extra therapy after all the stress I had to go through trying to get the coverage.(I wouldn't go there it's gonna be long.) I think it would really help a lot,although he is not totally non-verbal, he actually made progress probably because he is reading pretty good now, but his pragmatics needs work and he needs help with abstracts forms of questions,he has made progress from the ST at school,and with the extra private one on one therapy he will benefit more I think,'cause at school it's OSFA(one size fits all), so this Extra ST would really help.I'm feel so happy right now, I feel like I've accomplished something. I just want to share.
