Thanks Jesse! I emailed a nice email with a few questions and got a response about the FBA. They're going to email me once they have a better draft and make sure I approve! I'm excited it will not look the way it does in his record. Maybe it will be just fine :)

I just wanted to say that my 8 yr. old DS has Asperger's and was also homeschooled until this year.

I emailed the team and they emailed back answering my questions saying they'll even send me the FBA and BIP as it is revised, since I guess it's just a rough draft now! This is huge for me, because I had been waiting for over a month for a response to an important question, and this time it was right away, so maybe they do care. ;)

I'm glad the classes have helped your DS. Good thing we have people we can relate to! :D

I have a question but didn't want to make a new post so I don't bump anyone down.

My son was diagnosed at 8 with Aspergers but the Developmental Pediatrician said he only qualified under 2 categories, Communication and Social, and not imagination or restricted interest.

Well, I might question a school's eval of speech.
