I'm trying to get a meeting together between our new preschool, the intermediate unit (oversees a bunch of school districts and is the entity responsible for preschool coordination), the school district staff, etc. so that we can have an IEP iin place when the TSS (therapeutic support staff--like an aide but with a degree in spec ed or related field) is finally assigned.

What a SNAFU! I hope the logjam breaks soon and things start to roll. Not hearing back is so totally frustrating. Makes you feel like you're just worthless and helpless at the same time. Keep calling, keep pushing. Something's gotta give.......

(((HEATHER)))

I hope it somehow comes together soon. Sending you lots of 'dealing' strength! You're doing a great job. Too bad the SD isn't!

what a horrible situation to be styuck in! Please don't feel guilty for needing a break and time to yourself. it is way better that you recognize that you need it, than to try and stay in denial (which is my own personal specialty)

I hope the district gets a fire lit under them and does right by you and Tom.
