After seeing it praised several times, I finally got "All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome" by Kathy Hoopmann. I love it! It's an easy read, with each page showing a picture of a cat in some activity or pose, with a brief sentence comparing AS and cats. It addresses general AS characteristics that are similar to cat-type behaviors ("It's possible he is extra adventurous with no sense of danger" accompanied by a picture of a cat walking under the edge of a house roof.) It addresses both "weird" characteristics and positive characteristics.
I think it is easy to understand, presented in a way that entices the audience to want to read more, and makes AS sound like something different but not bad at all. If you use this book, then after sharing it with the sitter's kids, you can then address some of the specific "weird" things your AS does, so the kids are prepared for the differences.
There is a book called (something like) 10 things a child with Autism wishes you knew.
It is a good reference for a someone like a grandparent or a sitter, because of the way it is structured. One

I think in addition to reading the books that the other posters mentioned, a little story specifically about your boys would be incredibly helpful! I'm sure they have their own little quirks, mannerisms and habits that would be beneficial to explain to someone. It might be helpful to even just say "if this happens, then try this", just little bullet points or a little paragraph about each child with the more important stuff.
