This has been a tough year for you. I"m sorry all this has happened and that your family is not a great support for you during it. I'm hoping that the doctors are able to help you and Liam, so that you can get on with life and not have to struggle so much. It isn't fair.

Gosh Molly, it's hard enough to find out how to help our children with their needs (and of course dx's come along with them) and then have to fight for your kids needs at school (as you know, been there, done that, still doing it.... will it never end?)
