NEW JERSEY (CBS) ―
A fight is brewing in New Jersey over flu shots. Parents are trying to stop the state from becoming the first to require flu vaccinations for preschool children.
But despite the

You know, honestly...I'm starting to think we're living in a Communist regime!
Amy,
I agree. Questions on whether we vaccinate our children should be on the parents' alone, as they will have to live with the consequences either way. NJ argues that more kids vaccinated will mean less flu and less sick days. But what of the 1/155 kids who may develop complications from the mercury or other components (because there is still a whopping amount of mercury in the flu vaccine)?

Okay, imagine I've just said a big long string of cuss words.....I've already had to fight the fight on postponing so many other vaccines, I just don't want to spend the energy on fighting the flu vaccine.
For the love of feck!!! I refuse to give my kids the flu shot and you know what; no flu ever as yet. However the diabetic who got the flu shot caught the flippin' virus a few years ago...go figure. Roan is unvaccinated and will remain so until age two, then we'll "review," meaning in Dec '08 I will see what the govt is shoving down our throats that week. There does seem to be a mandatory mentality amongst local, state and federal govt structures these days....hmm I'm sure his Lordship King Dubbya has a bit to do with that.....conspiracy theory, conspiracy theory:)
