New School Woes

I just noticed I still have a christmas tree by my name. I'll change that after I"m done writing.. Anyway..
I had finished school and had some problems with my BF of 9 years. Me and the kids moved to the town that my moms lives in.. Bigger town.. many schools, not just one hometown school like we are used to.. The new school my son (PDD-NOS W/ADHD) is in keeps calling me because he won't do anything but sit there like a bump on a log. They had to get the police guard from the school to escort him out of the bus after job training. I think because his morning med had worn off by then though.. But, this morning they called at 8 because he won't do anything. I told them to call his teacher from the other town and get some pointers from her perhaps. Usually if he has a bad morning like being rushed or something it will give him a bad rest of the day. This morning he couldn't find his glasses or jacket and the bus had been waiting on him. so he was a little rushed but I didn't get any hints that would show me he would have a bad day. I've been working evenings and my mom has been helping with the kids. They went to sleep early enough so it's not lack of sleep. From meeting his new teacher and seeing how she handles the rest of the class, she is real good, and has done this for years and doesn't put up with the kids "Not trying" she is blunt and to the point and will reword things for the kids to understand her. I think Tim isn't used to her yet and probably doesn't know how to take it. his last school catered to him alot and he almost had free reign when he couldn't handle things he was allowed to go to another room (i think this was content mastery).. He's scheduled for a psych appt. March 28 to re eval meds but I wonder if I should get him in earlier to our psychologist that we've not seen in about 5 years... I hope he will finally get more comfortable here.. his first day of school he loved it and said he made a bunch of friends..

Hi!!! Haven't seen you in awhile!!! Sorry to hear about you and your bf...I knew you had been together for quite awhile.
Change is hard. Hopefully, Tim will adjust to this new school soon. So how did the actual move go? Did Tim do ok with that? And how are you doing thru all of this?
