This isn't right! I would be talking to (actually, screaming at) whoever is in charge of special education in your school district. Insubordination??? A 5 year old???? Are they out of their minds?

((((((hugs)))))) I agree, I would make some calls. It is ridiculous for a five year old. What is wrong with these people!!! I'm sorry you have to go through this. I hope someone higher up is more understanding.

My first thought reading your thread was they were trying to get him to sign some sort of contract like making him take responsibility for his actions ect....


But then I thought some more..... It's impossible for a 5 yr old to understand this, ESPECIALLY with PDD/AS you know?
