Not again!

Once again, DS was suspended yesterday. They gave him in school suspension, I suppose because it was worse to be missing the holiday party with his class than to get sent home early for the holiday break. This time he kissed his hand then tried to place it on a girl's face, then he attempted to touch her bottom. They say DS admitted to it when confronted, but the girl didn't feel him actually touch her. Of course, the story was completely different when he came home - "I was just walking in the hall swinging my arms and touched her by accident".

I have a call in to an education advocate, as well as an appt with the his psychiatrist on Jan. 2. Hopefully between the two we can figure out what to do and get DS some help.

Thanks so much for all of your support.

Melissa,

(((((((hugs))))))))

I am in a constant state of disbelief at your school. To me it sounds like they are *looking* for problems and reasons to suspend him. Targeting him, even.
