This is only my third day here and I've figured out what DS, DD and DH are but I'm lost to NT and HFA. Help and if there are any others I should know.

NT = neurotypical
HFA = high functioning autism

ASD Autistic Spectrum Disorder
ADHD/ADD (should be self-explanatory)
ODD Oppositional Defiant disorder
OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
TS =Tourettes Syndrome
DX = diagnosis
SX = symptoms
RX = prescription
TX= treatment(s)
OT =Occupational therapy (or therapist)
PT = Physical Therapy ( or therapist)
ST = Speech Therapy ( or therapist)
SLP = Speech and language pathologist (i.e. speech therapist)
KWIM =know what I mean?
ITA =I totally agree
pdoc = psychiatrist
psych = psychologist
ped =pediatrician
dev ped = developmental pediatrician
IEP -individual Education Plan (a USA thing)
neuro = neurologist
neuropsych= neuropsychologist
DSM =-dearest stepmother (DSF stepfather, DSD stepdaughter, DSS step son)
MIL/FIL/BILSIL -in-laws of varying degrees and genders
DGM Dearest grandmother
Aspie =person with Asperger's Syndrome
Autie = Person with Autism

NT is supposed to be neurotypical but I am not convinced they really exhist.
