Ok, I am sitting here listening to "your stupidder" during homework. It is making me nuts. I know NT kids do this but my Aspies take it to a whole new level.
At first it was really annoying, but now I am just cracking up here.
Oh Oh OH, now they are sayings "your in a special class because you have aspergers" and both thinking they are one upping the other! But the are BOTH in special classes because of thier aspergers.
Siblings! Sheesh!
OY, Now Mike is doing the noises and movie lines.
Renee

That's so funny Renee! I thought my kids were the only ones that did that. Jake can fight a good fight with his 4 yo sister(so far we think she is NT< but who really knows). It's when it comes to his NT peers he has the problem defending himself. He is going through a phase right now where he walks areound saying "MOO" to everything. Strange to see a 140 lbs 5ft2inch boy saying "MOO' for no reason....LOL...I have just started saying "MOO" back....he responds with "MOO, MOO"....LOL
Gotta love those Aspie's!

That's hilarious! I wish I was a fly on the wall. I need a good laugh right now!

Renee, Liza,
Funny, funny!! I still big time wish Malcolm had siblings...
Malcolm and his buddies joke around alot, goofing off about school etc. but it's real us against rest of world kinda joking, very buddy-buddy. They only really tease each other about GIRLS, who do they love, which of the girls love them back, marrying them, "she really likes you", "you want to kiss her", they laugh very hard at this. One of the gang just decided that life-long bachelor-paleontologist might not be the way he wants to go, there is a girl he thinks is cute after all....
When they get mad, they really fight and we have to help out often, 'cuz they can really hurt each other's feelings. Although, sometimes now, sometimes they can work it out themselves.

ROFL, Girl jokes make Mike sooooo mad. He honestly does not ever want a girl friend, to get married, etc. To him relationships are hard enough. Why on earth have a girl friend. Plus the idea of someone touching you or kissing you! YUCK. It is hard enough for mom to get kisses and hugs out of him, lol.
Nope, he wants to rule his own life and not have to worry about those other aliens called girls. Mom is the only girl he has room for in his life. Well, ok so he will tolerate his teacher, aide and likes to play with Emily if she plays his way.

Renee and Liza!
too too funny! thanks for making me laugh tonight, it's been a rough one!
Weston and Amelia have been going at it all the time lately. Weston is using his 'autism' to tell her he's so much smarter than her-- "I get straight A's and I'm so smart, blah, blah, blah!" and she comes back w/ "you're so stupid you don't even know how stupid you are. Autism isn't about being smart!" then he comes back w/ "but I have straigth A's and autism! and you don't!"
betsy
Betsy..You made me laugh this morning..I needed that!!
Liza
PS Have you seen any nicely dressed geese lately? LOL
That is awesome.
These darn kids are so funny sometimes.
This morning on the way to school I remember that I need to tell Cait she can't have her walkman during school anymore, but since she uses it in her special classes and on the bus she can leave it in her SDC classroom, but she has to do that first thing before school. She tells me she "Can't do that". so I ask why "because that isnt what I do in the mornings." Well I ask what do you do before school. "I sit and wait, then go to math class when the bell rings" So drop off your walkmann when you usually wait. "I can't go to Mrs. R's class before school to drop off my walkman because I don't do that"
Gotta love them. She decided to leave it in my car today. Poor kid. Change is evil.
