ever hear of oj being one of those foods that can act
like a drug, or am i crazy? i sware i heard this somewhere.
don't know too much about the diets, i'm under the impression that
anything they crave they can be allergic to, is this true?
and thought i read somewhere that oj was one common one...

thanks for any info, i'm on the fence about the "diets"
although i did an igg test and my son tested high for oj.
he LOVES it and i hide his fish oil in it every morn.
also, the book from the test basically explains that you are what
you eat and you need to rotate foods, so is it really aggravating
him, or is it high b/c he drinks it everyday??

thanks,
kris

Kris,

you have me on this one.

I don't know what an IGG test is or if OJ is known for allergens. What is the book you are using?

Hopefully somebody else will know more than I.

I don't know about OJ specifically, but I do know that OJ is a quickly absorbed form of sugar.
