Ok most of you all know I had a m/c back in Jan.
I got back to my cycle at normal rate (every 25 days *to the dime* and lasting 4 days).
Well after a wild Cinco De Mayo weekend, there was a WHOOPS, and now I am 2 days late.
Yes to answer your question I took 2 pg test both reading negative.

My boobs are SO SORE and feel "thick". I feel icky/crappy etc..........

So when should I go waste more money to see if I'm knocked up? LOL

Thanks Gals

Nora,

Logically thinking, I would say to give it a week or so, but I know how

Hi, (((Nora))),

I've been there, too, several times. I know it's really hard to wait when you're in this state of mind but I'd say, wait it out a week or so and then test again. That wild Cinco De Mayo may have just thrown off your cycle and now your body is reacting.

I know that pregnancy tests are more accurate now than they used to be, but I had several false negatives when I was in the middle of having babies (mine are aged 15-5). Amelia was born precisely when she should have been but my preg test and the Dr's blood test were negative when I first went in, When I still wasn't feeling quite right and no period, went back a week later, sure enough I was preggers.

we're here for you

Hi Nora!
If you can wait, give it until Saturday and then get a test. The dollar store, generic brands are just as reliable, that is what I bought when we were TTC as I was so antsy to see if I was PG. I went through so many! If you have been under any stress (yeah, right!!), that can throw you off, and if you are worrying about it, you body can play tricks on you. My pg test came up positive the day after I missed my period and it was a generic test. Good luck and we're thinking about ya!

For whatever weird reason, the last time both my sis and I were pregnant, our home tests initially showed up negative, but a few hours later were reflecting positives. She called to tell me her test was negative even tho' she thought she was pregnant. When I told her my experience, she ran and checked hers again, and it was positive. We both really were pregnant.

Of course, I've used my fair share of pregnancy tests when I wasn't pregnant, too, but apparently you can get a delayed answer on the tests.
