I'm wishing that I hadn't promised myself that I wouldn't have any beer or desserts until I lose two pounds (and already broke that promise with a bowl of ice cream)...because I just found a great excuse to celebrate!

Hehehe.
I saw the number roll yesterday. I think it was on one of Heather's threads. I didn't think anyone else would notice.
I haven't been here since the beginning, but I have

ok, I think that's really cool, but why can't I find that number anywhere? I know I'm a bit ADD and don't always see everything on the page (often I don't see most of the stuff on the page just what I'm reading) cause I'm a see the big picture and not the details kind of person. So it's a good thing y'all point these things out to me (I didn't know that we had our own counter for each board until after about a year of posting in the new system). LOL!

Betsy,
It's the message number. When you read this post, look up and above

I tried doing a search and I couldn't find anything earlier than like 2003 or 4. How did you do that? I think the ones I had are since the format changed a few years back. I know I was here for a long time though not sure quite 8 years and I was dying to see if I remembered anyone from then.

Your post reminded me of the time before the format change....I wonder if I'm the only one who still misses the old format sometimes.
Funny thing is I don't think I could handle the old format again and would have to relearn it all over now that I am used to this one.
I don't miss PP and PS being 2 separate entities. I had to go to the soup for one board and parents place for the other. Very annoying.
But sometimes I get nostalgic. There was quite a group on the dev. delays board I belonged to back then that all left when it changed. That was sad.
HOwever, I just had a nice walk down memory lane looking at old posts. GEEZ the more things change the more they stay the same.
Candes, you will appreciate this but I fully accept and admit that I was very very stupid oh about 2001/2002. How many times did I need to hear or question Mike's autisticness, LOLOL.

LOL! thank you for explaining that-- I had no idea what that number really was, just a number on the page for me to ignore LOL!
