I re-read my update post and it all sounded so negative. I hate that. Now that I'm more awake and out of my funk I thought of a great positive I want to share.

Yesterday Kyle had $5 burning a hole in his pocket from selling some of his old computer games. We were at dh's shop and there is a pharmacy right next door. He took his money and went there to buy himself a candy bar. He came back with one for dh & me and he got us our favorites. He offered to get his sister one too but she couldn't decide. I don't usually buy candy bars especially for myself so the fact that he knew what I liked really impressed me. goes to show he really is paying attention.

That was very sweet of Kyle. Did he do the whole transaction himself? I don't remember how old Kyle is but, man, I cannot IMAGINE my 8.5 year old going into a store and buying something! LOL!

Hope you enjoyed your candy.

Awe that is so sweet. What a thoughtful guy! I love those kind of things.

Don't worry about the negative sounding. I find that I do that sometimes too. But sometimes reality isn't all roses and that is why we come here. Heck if life was all roses I wouldn't need a board like this. Sometimes life is reality too. It is awfully nice to remember and celebrate the good stuff but we sure understand that it isn't all good stuff and I don't think we should have to be fake here and think we always have to sound positive. I think that in any life that is unrealistic.
