Question about chewable supplement

I found some orange chewable Omega-3 supplements at Target today. I got them for Henry, but when I got home I started wondering if they were "adult" strength.

It doesn't say "children's" anywhere on the package, and the directions don't say anything like--"Adults: Chew one tab once a day" or whatever.

Can I give it to Henry?

He is 6 years old and weighs almost 45 pounds.

Can you get too much Omega-3??

Kids don't like 'em! After the first taste, dd volunteered that they tasted like Starbursts (I hadn't even told her what your ds said), but by the time she got to the after taste, she didn't like it. I can BARELY taste any fish taste, but the kids think they're awful. They're not so fishy that I can't force the kids to take them, but I probably won't buy more at this price since it's still a battle (actually, my 3yo likes them still, so maybe she'll be the proud winner of the entire package).

Still, thanks for the recommendation. I'm willing to keep trying anything that has a chance of working!
