GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

First, on the way back from an appointment this morning Emily did something on purpose to tick off Mike. A minor thing but on purpose non-the-less. How does he react? HE BIT HER! BIG TIME! She has got a nasty egg bruise on her arm now. And trying to get SOME sense of what he did wrong into him is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE!

So I get home. Now I had taken all the kids except Dave with me. Dave was still on a sleep over at grandmas when I left. I get home at nearly 11 and AGAIN like every other FRIGGEN DAY since he has been on Vacation DH is not even showered and hasn't done a DAMN THING around here but make messes.

On Tuesday I got home after a full day of work and I swear he had just showered and hadn't done a damn thing but sit on the computer the entire time I was gone. Oh and leave himself messes.

I CAN BARELY keep up at regular times. THis is making me absolutely NUTS! Between Mike's behavior for the last few weeks and DH lack of help and lack of caring, Dave's hyperactivity and Emily's attention seeking behavior (like ticking off her brothers on purpose and getting them in trouble) I am ready to sell the lot of them.

Well all except maybe Cait. She is doing pretty good lately and helpful if I can get her off the damn computer.

I'll take Emily -and possibly Dave, although I think between him and the hyperactive Peter, my brick house woudl be in ruins in about 12 minutes.

Dear Renee,

And Cait is probably the one I'd want. I'd actually consider Mike, though, except THERE ARE NO SCHOOLS HERE FOR HIM!!! Well, actually he might do terrific at the ASD school... Oh, and Malcolm and Mike being homeschooled together could be interesting, but I'm not sure dh and i would survive it!!!

Malcolm, however, would only want Mike and Dave. He wants brothers big-time. However, currently there is not enough room in our NYC 3-bedroom for 2 more boys, esp. hyperactive ones. We do have a very long hallway good for zooming up and down on scooters, though.

And you can totally keep your dh. I've already got one of those and he was well trained by his mother -- a fact that she reminds me of often --- so mine shares duties.

Feel better. These weeks are always ruff.

So no one wants the lot. Oh well.

Feeling a triffle better after a 2 hour trip to the park. We have decided that the boys have to go to actual park and play basketball or something for at least 1-2 hours a day this break and it does help. Trying to get them to utilize the sensory equipment at home lately is a definite challenge. Even if off limits the electronics are only a couple rooms away taunting the obsession.

Then we attempted shoe shopping and the grocery store. HA!

Emily's little friend William invited her over. I had to talk with the mom first. William usually likes to come here too but he is another who is a bit too much like Dave. I had to tell her no way we could have kids over today as I don't trust Mike today not to hurt him. UGH. At least I have warned her. I don't have anyones kids over anymore until I give them the autism talk.
