I'm ashamed to admit this, but my daughters have never been to a dentist!

You are not alone. Peter was 7 or 8 when he had his first dentist visit. Before that age, it would have just been a big old drama for no results.

When we went for the first time with both kids, we booked appointments back-to-back and Siobhan, who is younger and mellower,

I think its about time dentists learned to fix teeth without that darn shot and drill! I always wondered why they can't use those things that shoot medicine thru your skin without a needle like the military does lol.

I sure would love it, since I definetly shake at the sight of a dentist!

Michelle, you may want to ask around and see if there are any ped dentists with experience dealing with ASD kids.
