strange problem..any suggestions?

Ok Noah has been having this strange problem now since last Friday or so. He will not Pee unless I pretty much force him too which is when its been about 6 hours or so and I know he hasnt went or when i see him holding himself and squirming. And even than when i ask him hell tell me he doesnt have too. Noah has been potty trained since he was 2 and now all of a sudden this. He has peed in his bed 2 times this week and wet his pants 1 time which I have never had to deal with with him. Sunday he woke up at around 7 or so and he didnt go pee until i forced him too around 1pm because we were about to go out. I dont know whats going on and I cant get a straight answer from him. I do believe it has soemthing to do with the flushing so I keep telling him he doesnt have to flush which makes it a little better. But why would this bother him outta no where like this?? I asked him if he goes at school and he says yes in the urnials but not the potty's. Which of course than I though if hes not going here and hes using the urinals at school when is he going poopy(lol dont know a decent way to word it) so I asked him this and he says he does use the potty's to do that at school when he has to go. The only reason I think its the flushing is I have noticed for a while when he was using the potty here that when he flushed he would run out of the bathroom as fast as he could as soon as he pushed the handle down. And last night they were brushing their teeth and my littlest son accidently flushed the potty as he was standing on it and his foot hit it. When Elijah flushed Noah dropped his toothbrush in the sink mid brushing and dashed out. So anyways, any ideas?

It is probably the sound of the flushing and indeed fear of being "flushed away" (he hasn't seen that movie, has he?).
However, I would err on the side of caution and have the pediatrician check him out. UTIs are not common in boys, but boys can get them, and if he has a UTI, he will definitely be reluctant to go, beause it will be uncomfortable for him to do so.
If you rule out any physical problem come back and we can brainstorm ways to help him use the potty.

Nathan has issues with the potty thing too.
Its nice too know im not alone. lol. Im almost sure its not a UTI. I even asked him that already and he said it didnt burn or feel uncomfortable. The thing is now Im not sure how long its been since hes been poopy. Im not sure if hes just saying hes going at school or not and now im kinda worried. But surely his tummy would be in rough shape if he hasnt been in a week and I would know. I guess I could call his teacher and ask her to make sure hes going at school and not just walking in the bathroom and walking out to make the think hes going. Would probably be smart:D lol.
