Thanks for the replies on my Weight Watcher thread. Once a week we should have a post to see how everyone is doing..or if you weigh yourself, I do once a week, today actually but since I just started, I will post (if I lost or gained) next Monday. So we can do that you interested mothers want too? Also how much you exercised...I was so glad that last nigt I took 1/2 hour for myself on the treadmill and I felt awesome!

I am ALLLL over that. What do you want posted? Once a week what we lost weight wise?
Ya know it may not be bad to start a thread down in the off topic section just for this. A journal kind of thing where you post maybe how many calories (or points) you ate that day and how much you exercised.
Then another thread to track weight weekly. Some thoughts. I know they do that on the diet boards but I just don't have the time or gumption to go there. And when I tell them that I was just so stressed from a phone call from school about this or that that I just HAD to have that snack they don't understand, lol.

Awesome! We'll do it in the "off topic" section then! I know for me, alot of my stress and eating habits came when my son was first having his issues...I feel that at least for me and my family, the happier mom is, the happier everyone else is :) I sometimes feel selfish for giving myself 1/2 hour-1 hour a day to exercise but I think everyone will benefit from my family!!
Can't wait to get started!!
