Two Accomplishments!!!

I am so proud of Lily! She has had two big accomplishments in the last month! She is now officially fully potty trained! She has been sleeping without a diaper for the last few weeks and has had only 1 accident! She has been daytime potty trained for about a year and we had almost given up on the night time training. AND she is drinking her soy milk! We've been trying to get her to drink it for the last couple of years. She's allergic to cow's milk and we've been using soy milk as a replacement. She let us use it for her cereal and for cooking, but up until the last couple of weeks she absolutely refused to drink more than one sip of it at mealtimes. Then one day she totally shocked us by asking for some milk in her cup and then proceeding to drink the whole cup full! We just stood there and stared at her and each other in total shock. We tried to not make too big of a deal out of it for fear that she wouldn't do it again. But, she has continued to drink soy milk at supper each night and has even asked for some in between meals. I know that all of you will understand why these accomplishments are such a big deal for Lily. Thanks for letting me share!

That is positively marvelous! WTG Lily! I am so proud of her too. Those are both great accomplishments and a long time in the making. I love when they have developmental leaps like this.
