David was playing with his Legos, as usual, and he noticed that a piece was missing from a spaceship that had been left on the floor for several days.

{{{sweetie}}} Chris is so like this.

I'm sorry it's so difficult! I think "oh, it's all quiet upstairs (in the playroom) and they're getting along so well, I can relax" 2 seconds later all hell breaks loose cause someone touched the wrong lego or dared to think they could play one of Weston's computer games or they played the computer game imperfectly and sent him into a tizzy. Thankfully, at this point he just yells and throws things. He's afraid to touch someone else.
I don't know if it's a mistake or not but I didn't buy a single Lego for Christmas this year (I could still cave w/ 3 days left). I did cave and let Owen buy Weston a bionicle. It could either be ok or scary Christmas morning.
I can picture that scene with the french toast... "Run! Take your plate and run, for the love of Pete!" I had to laugh because I can SO identify with all the sibling stuff... mine just can't be in the same room together without a fight breaking out. I am NOT looking forward to the upcoming holiday gatherings. Too much stress, overstimulation and unfamiliar social situations. I decided to send my family a version of the "Dear Friends and Family" letter this year. I've already gotten a few very positive comments about it - we'll see how things go at the parties.
(((Hugs))) to all of you going through this.
