Isaac has several ideas of what he would like to be.
First, he wants to join the army.
With my boys case I think its a rule/schedule/routine thing with them. The Army does that and they know that.
I still wish they would pick something else, but oh well, I would never stand in between something that would make them happy.
Oh gosh... Haley has gone from wanting to be a cheerleader to refusing to ever grow up, get a job or move out on her own. These days she wants to be a paleontologist. LOL

Hmmmm...
Well, My 21yo wanted to be a pediatrician so she could help kids like her younger sisters. She has a pre-med BS, so it's still a possibility. But, at the moment she's a poker dealer at a high stakes table in Vegas. Can't argue with the money she's making, but...
My 16yo still isn't sure what she wants to do. I'm betting on Forestry Service or vet in the long run.
My 15yo has always wanted to be a chef, ever since she could pick up a spoon. But, she's recently discovered boys, so at the moment she's rather distracted from all other parts of life.
Jade, (12yo HFA) on the other hand, is already working on the fringes of her prefered career: Animator. She sells hand drawn stills for people's homes and single framed cartoons to journalists. This summer she's going to assist in the creation of a large mural at a summer camp being built for the handicapped. Her goal is to get her MA in Art from the University of Art San Fransisco ~or~ UCLA. Her 'dream job' is to work as a lead aminator for Pixar. She says she'd 'settle' for being a CGI tech at Rainmaker though, lol. She's already made several friends in the industry, and has been taking formal art classes for several years.
Eva, (7yo AS) isn't completely sure of what she wants to be. She wobbles between being the first female Master Gunnery Sergeant aboard a space-born battle ship, a writer for Stargate (or some other SciFi TV show), and a housewife/mom.
Angel, (4yo NT) has, until recently, simply wanted to rule the world. But, while 'visiting' her Nana's house over the weekend she declaired that the world needed more architects that specialized in handicapped accomodations, and has been sketching 'propper' walkways and living accomodations ever since. Funny thing is, it started when she found out how we were going to lay the paths and sidewalks through my mother's orchard for my dad's wheelchair. She threw a fit and said it was 'bad'. She couldn't explain what she meant by that, just that it was 'bad'. She showed us what SHE thought should be done... and it was a much better layout than we had come up with. AND she suggested alternative building materials(powdercoat blacktop) to what we were planning to use (fine grain concrete) on the grounds that it's "more bendy, won't break in summer". Don't know about the blacktop (it costs more to lay), but she's getting the offset patio under the big tree out front (as opposed to an adjoining sitting deck on the front of the house) and the western access sidewalk.

Ok here goes, Zakk 10 ADHS, GAD, wants to be an inventor, and I think he will be some sort of scientist, very scientific mind there. Wes, 9 PDD-NOS, wants to be a builder. Not sure what kind but going by the Lego stuff he builds continuously he should do alright. Although, he mostly builds robots. Nick, 7 NT wants to be a scientist/firefighter. The others don't seem to know, I got a couple of "I want to be Daddy when I grow up." I think my 3 yr. old is going to be president someday, or a dictator to some small country. He's a fun one...

OH, I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT...
Today Claire announced that she's going to be a ballerina when she grows up! I'm sure she's the first little girl to ever want to be that.
Hmmm...too bad she didn't get the long legs Emma inherited! ;-P

Tom wants to drive a giant excavator. Sometimes it is front loader or bulldozer, but not a dump truck.
Margaret (3 NT) wants to be a princess.
