Ya know, it doesn't happen all that often in this autism realm, but when it does, it really makes me happy!

WOOOOHOOOOOOO Chelsea! That sounds FABULOUS!!!!!! I am so happy for you and Justus!

The only thing you didn't mention was how the new Sped teacher took to having Justus' service dog in class. I know they have one at my kids school in the younger classroom. She is a facility dog and is "owned" by the teacher and used for all the kids. They have one in Cait's school in the severe handicapped class too. It is wonderful and works out great.

Last year in 5th grade, Cait used to "earn" taking Laverne (service dog) for walks at lunch time. It was so great for her.

Did I tell you I am putting Cait on the waiting list for a service dog so she has one hopefully by highschool and working? I can't wait.

Not sure how this teacher will react to having Reagan in the classroom, but I have to think she'll be far more receptive than the other teacher was.
