Of course it's okay to say no sweetie.
Dear Amy,
Just say "no", girl. Remember, it is a compliment (they COULD have gotten tired of you, but nope they aren't) and I am sure you are a wonderful speaker (duh, you're an actor, too...) so I'm sure it just hasn't occurred to anyone to ask anyone else. Plus, you are there and looking for someone new takes ... effort!
But saying "no" when that is what you want to do is .... HEALTHY!!!!!!! Take a break. Well-earned, I must say.
And take a few (((((HUGS)))) from me (Wait. Can I get my arms around you now???)
xoxoxo

Absolutely, say NO! There are times to give and times to receive and if right now, what you need is to give yourself some space and some time away from being the "voice of autism", then by all means RECEIVE it! :) The other PPs had some great thoughts so I won't sound like a broken record, but take care of you (and that baby!).

Amy,
Don't you dare do anything nice for that school! In fact, If you *don't* say "no" I send The Lads up there to kick your fat behind!
The graceful way to bow out is that you are pregnant and drained and can't so it.
The evil way out is to say that you are too busy calling all the schools, getting waivers and suchlike to possibly have the time. (hehehehehe)
Either way, you have some good reasons *not* to do it. Let someone else be the voice of autism this year. Autism will still be there next year. And the year after...
