My boys are only 34 months (twins) but I've seen something similar in the youngest.

Quick Update: It would appear that his slo-mo-ness over the past several months was a precursor to several seizures that occured on Monday. He slept for about 2 days afterwards and has a 24 hour EEG scheduled for this coming Monday. After the seizures, he was his old self again. Its odd.
