I think your letter will be very helpful during your visit to the doctor. There are several little flags that you;ve picked up on. Don't be discouraged if you don't get a diagnosis right away. He's really young and it can be difficult to say for certain until they get older. But a referral is not to much to hope for considering the details you recount.
