Treatment for worry... Schedule worry time

LOL - I love this idea presented on a BBC audio talk -- the premise is that just like saying don't think of a pink elephant, you WILL think of a pink elephant. So we say to ourselves "don't worry" but that fails as well. This is suggesting we schedule worry time when we must worry. Othertimes if a worry comes along, we have to postpone it to the scheduled time.
Actually, this sounds like CBT - Cognitive Behaviopr Therapy.
