My Devon (2 yrs.) used to squint a lot when she was outside. She has some sensory issues and the bright outdoor light was too much for her. She doesn't squint anymore but will occasionally flinch when there is too much stimulation close to her.
I have a feeling this is not what Talia is experiencing.
I understand your concern. If you can capture the twitching/squinting when they happen and show it to your ped, he/she may be able to give you a better assessment.
I am sorry I can't be more help and I am sure there will be others that will chime in.You have a lovely family.
A couple of suggestions -
1. document it over a few days to see how frequently she does it and where she is when she does it.
Alyssa, I don't post here often but lurk a lot.
Thank you so much for your helpful responses!
SO, I have been looking out for it so I can see when it occurs, and it hasn't happened since I posted. SO that is good news, I assume. I will definitely keep an eye out and take notes.
I really appreciate the help.
