Apps for IPad

Ok, I have tried to reply twice today, and something is not liking me! :o) I am never going to remember what I typed earlier, so let me just summarize.... Thanks for coming by and commenting, first! Love to see new names and friends! I'm not an *i* anything girl, no iphone or ipad or even ipod. So I'm not much help with apps. We have a Nabi tablet for the girls, but it uses Android apps, as do our phones, and my girls are much younger, so I don't know that those would be helpful. :o) I will say that I have a good friend with a daughter with DS who gives presentations on apps for the ipad and how they incorporate it into daily living. They're doing one for our local DS group next week. I'd be happy to connect you to her... she loves to talk and share about apps. :o) But let me also add that I'd love to hear more about your experience with homeschooling... anything about your daughter that you'd like to share. I'm very interested lately in teens with DS, especially those who have had homeschooling experiences. My daughter is 6, goes to private school which we LOVE, but we're toying with many options for next year...
