I'm telling you..

Maddy seems to be generally a very happy girl.. of course, when all the planets are aligned correctly & we're jumping through hoops & doing cartwheels to get her to that 'happy place'.....

Yet I'm wondering, do you guys see any level of defiance?

With Madison her behaviors torture her brother & sister on a daily basis -- she can present to be downright rude & antagonistic.

She fusses & groans about everything, (from dressing to the door of the van being open to long to Maxi in her space in the van )which in turn puts a damper on our spirits altogether --- yep, the happy family that barely squeaked out the front door to make it to the playground, that's us.

You know, I'm wondering about your behavioral approaches? And I'm wondering about the trickle down effect on my other two kids. Morgan (my 10yo) gets really upset & frustrated, especially since Madison can be so demanding & controlling in

Yes, Yes, Yes!! Gabriel is a lovable boy, but he is a little lets say... difficult. My poor Lily (22 mos.). She is happiest when she has us to herself. Don't get me wrong they love eachother and play pretty good, but she knows that he is usually going to torment her (taking her drink, her food, not wanting to share). If he is a little to close sometimes she'll cry b/c she knows what is in store(she is used to be poked, hugged to hard, pushed around). I feel bad for her b/c he is high maintenance. So, yes I can sympathize.

Hi their thanks for answering my question below. I can totally relate to the jumping through hops to make David happy sometimes. David is a very intense little guy. Today he was totally trying my patience. He was in his room just screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs. He does become angry very easily especially if he has not taken his meds that day. He is on Straterra for adhd.
