Complete Meltdown and I was up all night with crying and restless sleeping- poor baby. I knew we should of turned off our lights and stayed indoors, but she insisted that she could handle it this year. My Hanna is 6 1/2 years old by the way. We started out at the new Bass Fishing store out here- A Disneyland for this small California town of ours and she was happy because there were small children and babies there and nice and quiet and then the parade came where they are suppose to walk around the store and an older kid walks in with a ghost outfit. Panic attack and I didn't realize it at the time still standing there in line then she finally starts sobbing. Made it outside quickly so she could catch her breath. Went trick or treating, but she didn't see her "best friend"- her best friend on her side and not the other way around and anywho the "best friend" shows up with scary paint on her face and she cries that she has lots her best friend forever now and since we are moving that doesn't help.
So after a very tearful, anxiety and panic ridden night I am so glad that is over and done with. I hope and pray we can be smart enough to stay in and have our own party next year with the family.
Oh and then to top it off the neighbor tells me that there is over 500 kids every year and Hanna insists that we get candy to hand out so I am running around at the last minute and spent over $60 on candy to have all, but one bag of it left over. My husband will be taking it all to work!!
