DS, age 6 (almost 7), has improved SO MUCH this last summer with many things, but I notice balance is still a big issue. DS still struggles to ride his bike without training wheels, and he has trouble in karate with anything that involves balance. I've been encouraging him to ride his scooter, in the hopes that it will help improve balance, but winter is coming soon to Colorado....

Does anyone have any great activities to improve balance, that can be done indoors, for a sensory seeker?
