A Few Questions...

Hi RR, welcome to the board! The term SID was used more often in the past, but SPD seems to be the commonly used term now. You should probably make an appointment with your doctor and talk with them about your concerns. Ask for a referral to a neurologist or specialist that would be able to make an official diagnosis. I know it's scary to get one, but having a diagnosis helps explain so much of who you are. It gives you the chance to educate yourself and work on dealing with your issues.
