I've been reading more and more about children with sensitivities to dairy also having them for soy which is why we're eliminating it for now.

We did the GFCF diet back in December. DS has had diarrhea since...birth (no joke). I just got fed up and tried GFCF the week before Christmas. Amazingly, his stools improved. He also made more progress with OT and Speech, not sure if that was because of the diet or just advancing in age. Well, he had an GI appt in February and the doc said to put him back on all regular foods because blood allergy tests came back normal. DS had an endoscopy in April which showed an uncommon

Matthew won't drink milk, so that isn't an issue for us.

Wal-mart has some great gluten-free brownie mixes and gluten-free muffin mixes. I use soy (or rice) milk. I believe it also has on the package where you can use juice as the liquid.


GFCUtah has a good pancake recipe. They are actually edible :-)
