I am an OT, it is very important that you let your sons OT know how he has been acting after a session (this should be the first thing they ask you) they may have worked him a little to hard or focused on one type of input to much. knowing this they may adjust what they do during a session and what you do at home to support his sensory system. Sensory work is about finding the "right" balance which challenges without overwhelming.
