Hi Jen, welcome to the board! Caren gave you some great advice, I too think that he has some sensory issues. I would suggest that you have your DH read the book that she suggests also, maybe it will open his eyes that you aren't the issue. I don't know why men have such a hard time with these types of things, you are doing the right thing by looking further into this.

Hey Jen, I just caught your mention of the Spirited board. My spirited one is 6 now, still spirited, but no longer a "problem" child. He was misdiagnosed with behavioral issues when he was vision impaired (and compensating so well that he fooled everybody). My child with SPD will be 3 in May, and despite having multiple delays/impairments he is actually an easygoing one!
