Should we even bother?

I usually post about my ds. But in all actuality all 4 of my kiddos have sensory problems. It took many years of me asking my ped. and psychiatrists and counselors to finally get a referral for ds. As some of you remember, we were sent home with only things we should do at home and classroom, like heavy work. He was behind in fine motor by 2 years but also only received little exercises to do at home, which was a joke for my ds to do them with me.
So that brings me to my dd age 6 almost 7. I feel like after the past I shouldn't even bother getting her evaluated.
heres her symptoms, she can only wear soft pants and short sleeves, she has some oral issues, like gagging on certain foods, she will try to remove herself from larger crowds, like sometimes she says carpet time is too many kids, she tries to get away from kids without getting in trouble, she pushed someone in line bc they touched her, she went balistic when 2 students grabbed her, she ended up scratching, hitting and kicking these students. It was a horrible beginning of the year for her. Her behavior sometimes seems like my ds ADHD, but i've read could be sid. when angry she can get very very upset like over the top and then i assume she may be overstimulated bc she screams at everything and everyone. I have no clue if this could be a symptom, but she sorta looks blankly at you when you ask a question, and her attention does not always seem to be there.
I hope to test her for CAPD when she turns 7 bc my older 2 have it, and the last 2 things I mentioned could be more that than SID.
Anyhow I called a place today, not the place I took ds and am waiting their return call, but I always find it useful to get your opinions though. And it gives me better insight on what to ask also.
