It breaks my heart to do this, but it seems the right thing to do at this point. Leanna was dx'ed with ADHD as many of you know and I am not up on the latest treatments and avalible help. I want to make sure that the mothers who come here get the best advice there is and feel maybe I am not the best person for that anymore. It has been a great nearly two years with you all and I will still be around so don't think you are getting rid of me that easy :) I want to thank you all for the kind emails. You have no idea what it has meant to me to hear I have in some small way helped you find treatment, answers etc. There are some great members here that will do a wonderful job and I'll stick around until a new cl is found and also to help with the transition. Again thank you all so much. I'm really upset about this decision but feel it really is for the best.

Good luck & thanks for all the information you've provided as well as support.

Do you remember that oat tincture I told you about with quitting smoking? It is also supposed to help with ADHD .... just in case you want to try something natural before trying px drugs (if you go that route). It's called Avena Sativa, but that simply means oat, so if you do any research you might need to add tincture to the query ... so something like ADHD avena sativa tincture. It's simply the milk from the oat during the maturing phase. Full if vitamins that settle the nerves.

Wishing you the best!

Good luck Steph. This board has been a great help to me. Aidan was dx'ed with ADHD and PDD-NOS so I have been spending more time over on those boards too. It is funny how all three things can be so overlapping and related. I understand how you feel about not being up on the latest sensory treatments since things have changed with the new dx's. Thanks for a great 2 years.
