I was just wondering if anyone has had any sucess with the Wilbarger Protocol. It was something that was suggested that might be beneficial. I'm a little afraid as I'm not sure if I understand how to do it right and my DS has been resistant to the brush so far. I'm willing to try it if it may be helpful but wanted to know if anyone else is trying this.

We think it worked with my little one (19 months). He was showing improvements in sleep and overall energy level regulation. He eventually started to refuse and we moved on to massage. That was over two months ago and his OT has brushed him a few times during sessions and he seems OK, so I might try to add it back in.
You do need OT instruction. It's very quick and easy, but you can mess it up if you haven't been shown. Our OT also brushed us so we would know what it felt like. She told us to aim for five sessions a day but be content with three, though the original protocol is stricter.
My older one follows her brother's moods. If he allows brushing, she will too because it's something he's doing. She has also let us do some massage when he's amenable. Really it's all a work in progress. : )
