Hi! This is my first visit to this forum. Just wanted to talk to other parents in the same situation as me. My son, Connor had is 1st seizure when he was 5 1/2 months old. Since than he's had several. His dx is febrile seizures but within the last several months, he's had 2 epeliptic seizures and possibly a breathwithholding seizure. His seizures are atypical for febrile seizures... they last longer than 10 min. The first one lasted 45 min. He is on medication now however the medication, makes him hyper and a little aggressive. I recently put him in preschool to see how he would react in that kind of a surrounding and he's doing great other than being very aggressive (hitting, pushing, pinching etc..). I pray that he'll outgrow this and if not, he is very healthy and will just have to be on medication for the rest of his life. Anyways, anyone out there with a similar situation and needs someone to talk to , email me. :)
