Well, it appears my vertigo left as fast as it came on...hopefully no relapses!

My first bout of vertigo was January 1st 2000... and no - I had not been drinking. As a computer programmer, I was working! It slowly dissipated, but the entire length of time was 10 days. I had nystagmus with it when I got dizzy - that's when your eyes rapidly move back and forth. Luckily I could still work because that is sitting, keeping my head still. It was diagnosed as something benign. Since then, I've had it happen a few more times. I used to love roller coasters and dizzying rides at amusement parks, but they are absolutely NO FUN for me anymore. I don't understand why, but somehow these bouts have changed it for me.

When it happens now, I don't like it, but at the same time I find humor in it when I forget and bend over and end up sprawled on the ground. Ha, ha... ??

That does not sound like fun, do you think it could be related to screen time?
