First you can make a siggy (for free at scrablog.com - way easy and addictive), or just use a pic, or a ticker from various places (who knows where), or you could go to the siggy showcase board and request one there (i've never done that but they are beautiful).
Second you have to save it to your photobucket.com account (I don't really know why but it just works that way).

scrapblog can be used to import your digital pics from computer, and add to it to make it look fancy. (the one on my siggy with Allie in her jammies is scrablog made). It may have you download a program, but I think it just runs off their website. It's fun to play around with sometimes.
